FREAK, CONCERT'S OVER. ): and actually we were always talking about how we must make the concert reallly reallly good because it'll be our last concert with the secfours, but i realised it'll be my last NYCO concert too! which is sad. ):

and concert was SUCCESSFUL (: considering that thursday's rehearsal in the auditorium was HORRIBLE. it was like HORRENDOUS. at least quite. and yeah after practicing for so long, (and missing the entire june hols prac :X) we were goood! although i would still say i screwed up and for like thrice my qin slipped out of my hand and almost dropped and for one part i accidentally bo-ed the string and it was quite quiet that time so my sound was quite loud. and the few ppl at the first row turned to stare at me, like immediately. but i think it wasnt THAT obvious, i hope. :X but generally, the orchestra was good! and our soloists (: and all the sectional items! :D although its still quite sad ruanliu didnt have a sectional item, but ohwells! and our cooool percussionists for taiyang! and our sec ONE SHENG who had this short solo, omg you're so good and brave! AND I HAVE TO SAY, OUR ALUMNI TOTALLY ROCKS. their song is really nice, and of course they play it really nicely, although i didnt manage to hear it during the concert itself, and it really induces tears and make you think about losta stuff! this concert is seriously different from the one in secone! like the feelings are totally different. and for all the feelings i thought i would get after concert, i have never thought i would actually MISS the concert and want it like again! cos friday was seriously a fabulous day. :D

and MANY MANY THANKS to friends who turned up to support and for gifts! :D (although i would still say that songsim was being quite irritating XD) ok i shall try to recall. THANK YOU, YIPING for postcard and chocolate! TRICIA for card and chocolate! ZIMIN for chocolate! KUANGIT for chocolate! CHERYL for sweets (omg they're damn nice)! KELLY for flower (seriously, you are damn nice to come down to support)! JINNY for flower! and 304-ers who came down to support! MISS CHIA for coming too! SENIORS for chocolates! and HAMMAMATSU peeps - CHLOE, BRENDA and SIYUAN for coming (although i didnt see you all)! AMELIA for the sms and balloon! AMANDA CHIA for the chocolate!(ahhh crap sorry i cant remember who gave balloon and who gave chocolate) THANKS FOR THE WELL WISHES (MABEL for her tag! ) THANKS RUANLIU for being such a wonderful section! THANKS NYCO for putting up such a great concert! THANKS MRS EE and LIN LAO SHI for being the best conductors ever! THANKS PRINTING SHOP and XINYI because our concert booklet is really pretty! (mrs ee looks damn good! and our soloists! haha if you read the soloists' description closely, all 3 soloists are from GECO!) THANKS THEATRE CLUB plus SEC ONE RUNNERS and for cheering us on! THANKS ALL THE BACKSTAGE CREW! THANKS GUZHENG! THANKS MS CHOOI for training EMCEES and EVERYBODY WHO HAS IN A WAY OR ANOTHER MADE THIS CONCERT POSSIBLE. crap i really cannot recall already so, sorry if i missed anyone out but THANK YOU EVERYONE!

bought chocs for friends but i didnt have time to give it out! so i gobbled everything up myself! hahaha. oh and nyco blog has many quotes of random friends' and people's comments about NYCO concert and its damn comforting to see these comments!

and im proud to say that i am from NYCO ♥
